Citizens Affairs Unit
About the Unit
The Citizens Affairs Unit is one of the units affiliated with the Office of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy. Its work revolves around several axes:
1. Listening to and following up on citizen complaints from all segments (faculty members, employees, students, and citizens), addressing them, resolving problems, and simplifying procedures.
2. Receiving all citizens from various backgrounds, listening to them and their complaints, and working to guide them to the correct mechanisms that guarantee their requests and the completion of their work. This is achieved by reviewing departments and divisions with the aim of coordinating work with all administrative and legal entities, completing transactions, and overcoming difficulties.
3. Submitting monthly reports on all activities undertaken, along with the percentages of completion achieved by the unit, and submitting them to the University President's Office - Citizens Affairs Division.
4. Receiving and following up on requests and complaints submitted by the Office of the University President/Citizens Affairs Division.
Mechanism for submitting an interview request:
· Fill out the electronic form, ensuring all details are provided, and attaching all required documents (if applicable).
Dear Citizen, We would like to inform you that after completing the form, your interview request will be presented to the esteemed Dean of the College of Pharmacy. The interview appointment will be scheduled or the request will be forwarded to the relevant authority for necessary action. We will then contact you to inform you of the procedures.
