The division is responsible for issuing electronic university IDs for students, which facilitates their access to various academic facilities and services such as libraries, laboratories, campus, and access to electronic educational systems. The digital identity is part of the college's digital transformation, and contributes to facilitating daily transactions, recording attendance, and exams.

1. Technical Support: The division provides integrated technical support services to students and faculty members in the event that they encounter technical problems related to computers, networks, or software used in the college.
2. Technical Infrastructure: The division manages the local Internet network in the college, in addition to providing cloud services, and securing the college's database and the systems it operates on, such as registration and admission systems and learning management systems (LMS).

Fifth: Electronic archiving:
There is a need to convert the college's documents from paper to electronic documents that can be stored on modern digital storage media, which will provide the ability to reduce the large spaces occupied by paper documents. Also, converting documents to digital form will enable workers to retrieve those documents quickly and accurately. Workers in this field will undertake the task of coordinating with the college's formations for the purpose of withdrawing documents using a digital scanner, and then adopting an electronic indexing system that will enable archive workers to retrieve any document easily and accurately.
Sixth: Support and maintenance of the technical infrastructure
