The College of Pharmacy Council holds the fourth session for the academic year 2024-2025
The College of Pharmacy Council held the fourth session of the College Council for the academic year 2024-2025 on Thursday, 19-12-2024 at 10:30 am.. in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. (Atheer Khalaf Zghair) and the respected members of the College Council.
At the beginning of the session, the respected Dean welcomed the members of the Council. He presented to them the most important directives and recommendations of His Excellency the Honorable Minister, and the Honorable President of the University, and stressed the need to adhere to and activate work on them.
The Council also discussed a number of topics included on the agenda of the business paper, including:
1- Final exams for the current semester 2024-2025, stressing the need to follow up on the completion of questions for the exam subjects by the heads of the branches and submit them to the examination committee on time.
It also stressed that the Audit Committee should start its work with the Examination Committee in the process of auditing the examination notebooks.
2- The honorable Dean directed all branch heads to follow up on the completion of the curriculum for first-year students to start the mid-term exams scheduled for next week..
3- The Council discussed the central ceremony that will be held at the university. The honorable Dean stressed the need to follow up on the preparations for active participation in this event.
4- The Council discussed several topics on the agenda, and some issues related to academic and administrative affairs, and the Council took the necessary decisions regarding them.
Then the Council completed the agenda of its working paper and discussed some academic and administrative affairs..
