Academic-industrial cooperation in the field of pharmacy
In implementation of the university scientific cooperation mechanism concluded between our university and the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, in order to integrate scientific capabilities and strengthen the bonds of scientific cooperation, a delegation from our college visited the General Company for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - Samarra Pharmaceutical Laboratory to discuss ways of joint cooperation and provide support and assistance between the two parties.
The visit included discussing a number of aspects that serve the educational process in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and ways of future cooperation between the college and the laboratory in the fields of scientific research and practical training for students were also discussed.
The delegation pointed out the importance of such visits in linking academic education with industry, which contributes to developing students' skills and enhancing their knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices. It also expressed its appreciation for the important role played by the company in meeting the needs of the local market for medicines.
At the end of the visit, the delegation thanked the laboratory management for the warm reception and cooperation, expressing its hope that this visit would contribute to opening new horizons for cooperation between academic and industrial institutions.
